I was raised in a repressed family like that, and now trying to resolve the energy of embarrassment and humiliation and guilt is massively overwhelming. Worse still I taught the same thing to my children, and used the same language and guilt tactics to make sure they knew it was wrong to explore, just as my catholic upbringing had taught me. Where & how to even start resolving?!?! Thank you for this video.
